Delivery policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
Generally most items are in our stock and can be shipped out to you within 24 hours.

Standard Shipping

Please allow 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping and ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. If your email address is known to us, you will receive emails informing you of any updates on your package. Please allow 24-48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.
If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.

RETURN POLICY

ELTECH Trade products are covered by a 10-day money back return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the date of purchase for a refund (excludes shipping costs if any) – minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to every order shipped back to the ELTECH Trade (the "MERCHANT") during the Customer Remorse period. The order must be in its original condition, original box and free of any damage. The MERCHANT does not accept (refunds money for) products purchased anywhere else but www.eltechtrade.com. We do NOT accept items that have been tampered with, such as items that are cracked casing or packaging, opened items. All items shipped back to the MERCHANT must have a valid ("matching") receipt and an “RA” (Return Authorization) request number; RA Number must be obtained through Customer Service of ELTECH Trade. Please email info@eltechtrade.com for RA number you will receive a response within 1-3 business days. You may also contact Customer Service during normal business hours.

The MERCHANT does not cover incoming shipping costs associated with the RA, also, the MERCHANT is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipment and requires Shipping Insurance to be added to every item sent back to the MERCHANT as an “RA” or a refund request.

By purchasing products from the MERCHANT you agree to these terms and conditions, RA policy and money-back procedure conditions, restocking fees, shipping charges, shipping insurance policy and understand that the MERCHANT considers this a legally binding document and is not responsible nor carries any liability if the customer does not read its contents or does not understand the content of this document for any reason.
